Inside the open kitchen, dining area and spacious living room face the pool and mountain view with a wall of glass sliding doors. This home has been renovated in keeping with the modern look. The living room is home to a large sectional, Jonathan Adler chairs, poufs and a hanging Eero Aarnio bubble chair - all in the poppy Palm Springs sunset colours to make your holiday truly unique. There are two areas to dine at inside. A tulip table and vintage yellow leather cladded chairs provide the perfect spot for dining or the green laminate diner-like kitchen eating area makes a great spot for breakfast and ideal for the kids. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. One guest room has a vintage double bed and a retro pink laminate desk area and the third room has a modern day bed that can be used as a den, a twin bed or a queen.

The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay a perfect getaway, from all the usual appliances to the obscure, such as the kids' favorite Slushy Maker. Brand new high efficiency washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, Weber BBQ, Gas stove etc. It has easily accessible free Wifi and 5 flat screen LCD TVs. In addition to the 3 bedrooms in main house and 2 full bathrooms, there is a self-contained separate Casita with queen bed and full bathroom where you can comfortably put your parents/in-laws or the teenagers.

This home was the model home to Enchanted Homes, the original name to Sunrise Park when the Alexander Construction Co. was selling lots in this famous Mid-Century neighborhood. This home has every pop out and add on that was offered by the Alexander Construction Co. as an extra to the original structure during the building including the guest casita, tiki bar, outdoor shower and breakfast area.
